Additionally, the Contractor shall provide analytic support to HRSA in various areas including policy formulation and evaluation; system performance metrics; economic analysis; and preparation of recurring and special reports to Congress. In the performance of this contract, the Contractor shall furnish all the necessary services, qualified personnel, materials, equipment, and facilities as needed to perform its tasks as listed below in the Performance Work Statement.
