All charges pertaining to the removal and transportation including but not limited to maintaining, emptying, transporting and dumping such containers and all state and local fee for the proper disposal of the waste shall be included in the contractor’s price for this solid waste services. The Contractor shall pickup from the facilities based on the frequency schedule identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Potential sources shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and complete online representations and certifications. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562111 and the business size standard is $47 million. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information only and does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
