The commercial company would allow applicants to schedule fingerprinting appointments, ensure accurate and complete fingerprint capture and submission to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)/Office of Personnel Management (OPM) as required for employment as well as issuance of Common Access Card (CAC) for access to installations and systems.
