## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It is the Government's intent to award this requirement using FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5 procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and no other solicitation will be issued. Quotes shall reference solicitation number HQC00425QE006.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05 dated 7 August 2025. The associated NAICS code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5 million dollars. The Government intends to award one firm fixed price contract for one base year and four one-year options. The options may be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside.

Questions shall be submitted to the contract specialist no later than August 25, 2025 at 4:00 pm EST. The Government makes no assurance that questions received after this date and time will be answered. Answers to questions received shall only be answered via amendment to the combined synopsis. Quotes are due no later than August 28, 2025 at 12 noon.

Quotes shall only be received by the contract specialist Sheila Smith at Sheila.Smith@deca.mil Description of Requirement: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) stores located at Luke AFB, Davis-Monthan AFB, and Fort Huachuca located in Arizona have a need for Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repair Services of Material Handling Equipment (MHE). This requirement is to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Unscheduled Repair Services of Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
