## Description

Support the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Headquarters (HQ) / Engineering Directorate (CCN) with Roof System Replacement. Procure construction services to remove and replace the roof system on the commissary facility located at Bldg. 5114 Second Street, Dugway Proving Ground (PG), UT 84022, Project Number WE21MR01. This project will replace the original roof system, which has reached the end of its useful life.

The primary system is an approximately 13,000 SF Built-Up (BUR) cover, while a secondary system is an approximately 4,000 SF EPDM (Adhered) cover. Proposed solicitation number: HQC00324B0013 Tentative dates issuing invitations: 26 April 2024 Opening bids: 28 May 2024 Completing contract performance: 11 December 2024 Plans will be available for inspection without charge in SAM. Date by which requests for the invitation for bids should be submitted: 27 May 2024 There are no charges or fees for solicitation documents. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
