## Description

Construction project at Ft. Buchanan commissary, Puerto Rico (PR) for Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Décor Upgrade. Existing equipment will be replaced without disrupting operations at the commissary. The scope of this includes the refrigeration system, refrigeration display cases, Refrigeration Monitoring and Control System (RMCS), compressor racks, condensing units, unit coolers in the walk-in freezers and coolers, and all associated refrigerant piping.

Replace outdated HVAC systems and equipment, including air handlers, chillers, condensers, dehumidifiers, and controls. The project will also update the interior décor. The government proposes brand name or equivalent dual-path cooling and dehumidification units from Seasons 4 models. Additionally, the government proposes refrigeration air-cooled condenser units' models.
