## Description

Replacement of existing commissary roof system at the Wright Patterson AFB , OH. This project consists of removing the Built-up Roof system with a modified bitumen cap sheet on the existing commissary at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The roof has internal roof drains, which will remain. The roof is approximately 130,000 square feet. The existing roof will be removed from the metal roof decking, and the deck surfaces and project conditions will be verified before receiving the new roofing materials.

The roof will be reconstructed with a unique two-ply Modified-Bitumen and a granular finish surface. Amendment HQC00324B00020001 attached on March 18, 2024.
