**Summary:** Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Facility and Consulting Services for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Headquarters and Support Center.

**NAICS:** 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services INFORMATION REQUESTED: The purpose of this RFI is to seek information from solution providers. Please consider the following tasks and attached PWS and respond accordingly:

**Complete Equipment Inventory Services Task 3:** Staffing and Process Assessment for Internal Improvements Task 4: Creating Process and Procedure Manual Answer the following Questions: Is your firm capable of supporting/accomplishing all four tasks? Please provide any details you feel are important. If your firm is interested, can you support the delivery timeframes for each task outlined in the SOW? Is your firm you interested in providing a quote for such a requirement?
