## Description

This action will be the second Task Order (TO) under the IDIQ contract (HQ072723D0001). DMEA uses Cadence Design Systems Inc electronic design automation (EDA) tools in the integrated circuit (IC) design flow. Annual maintenance is required through Cadence Design Systems Inc for continuous updates and support for these EDA tools.
