This modification will be for a six-month extension in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract with a period of performance of 01 August 2026 – 31 January 2027. The regulatory authority which permits this single source procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. The anticipated modification date is 30 June 2026. This requirement is to provide the development, and subsequent hosting and technical support, of a modern, multiplatform, Audio Over IP (AoIP) APP to efficiently and effectively engage its core demographics, which include US military and government service members, family members and military retirees living and working outside the continental United States (OCONUS). The app’s primary focus is to provide an engaging, user friendly audio experience comparable with commercial digital audio apps available in the U.S. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.
