## Description

This requirement will provide digitization for a high volume of physical analog media for motion, still and magazine formats to archival standards for transfer to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) under Title 44 USC requirements. The requirement will also include mass transcoding of media, metadata entry and archival research.
