Wheatstone Corporation is the sole manufacturer and proprietary owner of the Enterprise Radio Automation System (ERAS) and Audio over Internet Protocol Routing System (AOIPRS) architecture. Direct manufacturer engineering support and training are required to resolve complex technical integration issues resulting from a recent Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)-mandated Windows OS migration. Because Wheatstone does not utilize or authorize any third-party service providers, utilizing an alternate vendor is technically unfeasible, would void all active manufacturer warranties, and would result in an unacceptable duplication of cost and critical mission delays.
