## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

The Defense Media Activity, Fort Meade, Md, intends to solicit and negotiate on a noncompetitive sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c)(1) “Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”, to AVIXA Inc., to serve as the supplier for Enterprise Gold Membership Trainings and Certifications. These services will be provided to the Defense Media Activity, Fort Meade, Md. NAICS Code is 813920 and the size standard is $23.5 Million.. This is a service contract to provide enterprise gold membership trainings and for DMA broadcasting personnel.
