## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE, A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

The Defense Media Activity, Fort Meade, Md, intends to solicit and negotiate on a noncompetitive sole source basis, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) “For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold”, to Broadcast Electronics, Inc., for onsite complete technical services check-out/commissioning of the newly built AudioVAULT system, and hands-on training for maintenance and operator personnel.

These services will be provided to Defense Media Activity, DMA Television – Audio Support Activity (T-ASA) facility in Riverside, CA. NAICS Code is 611420 and the size standard is $16 million. This is a service contract to provide on-site technical services system commissioning and training of the AudioVault radio automation software from Broadcast Electronics, Inc. to Defense Media Activity personnel.
