**04/10/2026 Amendment 1:** This RFQ period has been extended and quotations are now due Wednesday April 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. The attached Solicitation Instructions LPTA and the RFQ have been amended to update this information. When quoting, please review the attached “A23 Attachment 2 Solicitation Instructions LPTA” and make sure to include all the required documentation necessary for a complete package including the Technical Capability Statement, Technical Certifications and Pricing.

This is a solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.
