**12/17/2025 Amendment 1:** The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised PWS. PWS revisions are identified with yellow highlight. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial In-Person and Virtual Interpreting Services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotations are being requested. DFAS intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to one vendor.
