NAVSUP FLCN - Philadelphia intends to solicit other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Bloomberg L.P., who holds the proprietary information for their Bloomberg Terminal product and its ancillary equipment, on a sole source basis. The requirement is for Bloomberg Terminal Subscription, or similar financial research terminal products that can fulfill the minimum requirement for deployment throughout the campus at National Defense University (NDU). NDU is procuring the following supplies and services for support: Bloomberg Terminal Subscription. Please see the equipment list attached to this sources sought notice for more information regarding minimum specifications for the required equipment. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within five days after the date of publication of this sources sought. Information received because of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the government not to compete this procurement action based on the responses received is solely with the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received.
