Change from Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition Dear Industry Partners, This notice serves to inform interested vendors of important changes to the procurement process for RRMC Aircraft .The original solicitation was first issued on the GSA eBuy platform as a Small Business Set-Aside. It was subsequently posted on SAM.gov maintaining the Small Business Set-Aside status. The solicitation is now being amended to reflect a Full and Open Competition, allowing all eligible vendors to submit offers.
