The contractor must be able to provide pre coordinated RRMC F&ES escorted (prescreened/authorized) personnel for access to and from the facility with the appropriate transport vehicle licensed and insured for pickup and delivery of any above-mentioned items. This service coordination, and cyclical rotation of items per service requirements with RRMC F&ES, (specific point of contact to RRMC F&ES discretion) is to always maintain facility and mission readiness. RRMC has the regulatory requirement for complete certified maintenance and Hydrostatic certification testing of MSA 45 and 60 min. SCBA cylinders, MSA Escape pack 3K psi (online confined space) cylinders, and 6000 PSI Cascade Cylinders.
