## Description

The Department of War (DOW) requires efficient and effective contract management support for contract closeout services. This indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract will allow DOW agencies to issue task orders to achieve timely and accurate contract closeouts, deobligation of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) and Undelivered Orders (UDOs), and other post-award contract administrative services. The contractor will perform non-inherently governmental functions in support of contract completion and closeout, including auto-closeout actions, digital imaging (scans) of contracts and acquisition-related documentation, and document destruction.
