This Sources Sought Notice is being issued for market research purposes ONLY and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the requester to acquire any products or services.

This Sources Sought Notice is being released by the Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Acquisition Directorate (AD) on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Sustainment and the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations & Environment, Resource Management Directorate. WHS(AD) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to obtain information and assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method/strategy for Resource Management Support Services.

Reference the attached Sources Sought Notice and Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details as it pertains to the requirements of this request. Vendor responses must address sections A:
