This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.1. The solicitation number is HQ0034-25-R-0064. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP).2.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-07.3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339910 ?Jewelry and Silverware Manufacturing,? and the PSC code is 8455 ?Badges and Insignia.? The small business size standard is 700. This requirement will be solicited as a small business set-aside.4. Alexandria, VA 22350, intends to procure Lapel Pins. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for this requirement, with a delivery of 30 days and 60 days after contract award.
