## Description

This requirement is for Financial Improvement and Audit Remediation (FIAR) Support Services for the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). These services will support and enhance DSCA’s existing infrastructure by: strengthening internal controls and financial management practices, instituting sustainable business processes, implementing data analytics and Federal Identity Credential and Access Management (FICAM) requirements for existing systems, and driving effective change throughout the Security Cooperation community.
