## Description

The Department of Defense (DoD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to DP George & Company, LLC, 2121 Eisenhower Ave Suite 100, Alexandria, Virginia, 22314-5304, in order to provide Distributed Learning Support Services ensuring the DoD Financial Management workforce has the competencies, capacity, and tools to acquire, develop, and sustain the talent needed to meet current and future mission requirements.

The objective of the FWMD is to provide sufficient National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA)-compliant distributed learning courses such that any member of the DoD FM workforce can achieve certification, with the exception of the leadership requirement, entirely via these distributed learning courses.

The scope of this requirement encompasses all of the subject matter required for certification at any level, and it includes all of the expertise required to develop, deliver, and refresh distributed learning courses in support of the Certification Program. The services and performance required under this contract are determined to be not inherently governmental.

The contractor shall not perform or give the appearance of performing inherently governmental functions as described in FAR Part 2 and Subpart 7.5, and all applicable DoD policy. The Government shall neither supervise contractor employees nor control the method by which the contractor performs the required tasks.
