COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NO. HQ0034-24-R-0499DATA RESEARCH SUPPORT SERVICES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.1. The solicitation number is HQ0034-24-R-0499. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP).2.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05.3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720 ?Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities, and the PSC code is R599 Special Studies/Analysis?Other?. The small business size standard is $28 Million. This requirement will be solicited as full and open.

4. The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), 4800 Mark Center Dr. Alexandria, VA 22350, intends to procure Data Research Support Services. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for this requirement, with a 3-month base period.

The anticipated period of performance start date is September 30, 2024 through December 29, 2024. 5.
