This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HQ0034-24-R-0352. This solicitation is a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720 ?Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities, and the PSC code is R799 Support-Management: Other?. The small business size standard is $28 Million. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business. The Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), 4800 Mark Center Dr. Alexandria, VA 22350, intends to procure Publications Research Assistant Support Services. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract for this requirement, with a twelve-month base period and four twelve-month option years.
