## Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Simultaneous Interpretation Services Senior Executive Seminar for the Near East South Asia Center (NESA). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The objective of this requirement is to provide interpretation, on-site support, and offsite support in accordance with PWS at Fort McNair, NESA Center, and D.C. area.
