## Description

The objective of this contract is to provide a louvered cover for the walkway, wheelchair ramp, and lanai area in front of Maluhia Hall that prevents direct exposure to rainwater, minimizes the potential for structural deterioration and the need for frequent repairs or replacements. The are to be covered is approximately 5,200 square feet.
