## Description

This contract was sole sourced and is firm fixed price. The contractor shall provide Hydrostatic Testing for Mine Safety Appliance(MSA) Brand, SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) Cascade cylinders. And replace cylinders and corrosion elimination as necessary (cylinder tumbling), valve replacement per MFG requirements, and any applicable part/component upgrade or replacement per MFG recommendation complying with all applicable laws and regulations for SCBA and associated in service compliance. Requested services performed shall be performed by manufacturer (MSA) authorized, trained, and certified personnel.
