## Description

**Supervisor Training:** Onsite and virtual training will help the HCS&OD Learning Team to get the most value and impact out of the learning and development investment by providing access to content and technology, as well as a deep bench of experts to design and deliver a unique learning experience tailored to the organization’s needs. This includes coaching which will provide training and assessment services in the areas of leadership, individual effectiveness, and business execution for the organization and individuals within DoD.
