## Description

This is a notice of a sole source purchase to Kaeser Compressor, Inc. The Government issued a sole source requirement to Kaeser Compressor in accordance to FAR part 6.305. The Government requires Kaeser Compressor to conduct maintenance on our CASS Compressor. Kaeser is the manufacturer of our CASS Compressor machine and is the only vendor who produces the parts needed for the machine. Only Kaeser will be able to provide this service as the parts and filters can only be obtained through this company.
