## Description

Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) proposes to award a new two-year hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) & Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) requirements type contract to JCB to SLEP an estimated 45 High Mobility Engineer Excavator Type I (HMEE I) vehicles to a like new condition and modernize them to the current HMEE IV configuration. Outline in the Attached justification and approval (J&A), a subsequent action may follow based on the availability of funds for a total potential of an estimated 90 HMEEs covered under this J&A.
