## Description

The vendor shall develop an altimetry-based data and error model covering all oceans. The vendor shall provide technical support regarding gravimetric modeling, data, and training to NGA employees in the development and generation of altimetry-based data and error models. See attached RFP, SOW and PPQ for more details.
