The requirement is to provide construction services, installing new flooring in the areas that have been damaged and patch and paint at the Arizona Storage Facility. Due to the aging of the facility that has not been updated in over 30 years. The anticipated period of performance is September 2025 - March 2026. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 entitled Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard in dollars of $45 million. The Product Service Code (PSC) C1JZ entitled Architect and Engineering-Construction: Miscellaneous Buildings. A determination not to compete this proposed contract was made pursuant to 48 CFR sections 81.7008, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.406 Sole source award to a Small Disadvantage Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) – “Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.
