## Description

Amendment to make attachments viewable and accessible to the public.

Amendment 0001 to this request for quote (RFQ) for the combined synopsis/solicitation for Flu Vaccines and peripheral/ancillary supplies in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) is issued for the following:

(1) Provide the Government response to questions received. See attached.

(2) Extend the due date for offers to 3:00pm ET on 10 September 2025. Section 4.1.1 Proposal Submission is hereby revised to reflect the extended due date. All other requirements of this solicitation remains unchanged.
