## Description

The purpose of this task order award is to obtain Smartsheet license renewals to ensure the proper functionality of the IBx Connect platform. The requirement is intended to be for one 12- months base period and one 12-month option period. The SmartSheet® Platform Software licenses are available via the NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC).

A solicitation was posted on the NITACC portal and all contract holders under CIO-SP3 – IT Services and Solutions were notified. An approved Justification for An Exception to Fair Opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.505(a)(4) When Procuring Items Peculiar to One Manufacture, was posted with the solicitation.
