There is no compatible commercial BioFire FilmArray Torch analyzer that will work with the Biofire Panel Reagents manufactured to be used with the Biofire FilmArray Torch analyzer. Biomerieux has provided us a Sole Source Justification letter stating the Biofire FilmArray Torch analyzers and Panels Reagents are only available through Biomerieux Inc. If you can provide the supplies requested, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the Agency and may be e-mailed to donovan.conley@ihs.gov referencing notice number HHCC-IHS1486461 by 4:00 PM May 29, 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
