Line Items CLIN Description Unit 0001 Maxwell RSC 48 DNA Extraction System or Equal Each 0002 Installation Services Each 0003 On-Site Training Each 0004 One-Year Warranty Support Each Requirement The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, installation, training, warranty support, and incidental services necessary to provide Maxwell RSC 48 DNA Extraction Systems or Equal in accordance with the salient characteristics and performance requirements contained in the attached solicitation. Equal products shall meet or exceed all required physical, functional, operational, and performance characteristics identified in the solicitation. Offerors proposing an equal product shall submit sufficient technical documentation to demonstrate compliance. Delivery and Acceptance Delivery shall be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of order. Installation shall be completed within 14 calendar days after delivery. FOB: Destination. Inspection and acceptance shall occur at destination after successful delivery, installation, operational testing, and completion of required training. Initial delivery locations include FDA laboratory facilities located in Arkansas, Georgia, California, Colorado, Washington, and New York.
