This is a combined synopsis/solicitation forcommerical products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. . The solicitation number is: HFP-2025-128492 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05. Offerors shall refer to the attached Statement of Work for a complete description of services, performance expectations, and deliverables .Description of requirement The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and project management necessary to disconnect, remove, and fully replace the existing central laboratory vacuum system at the Harvey W. Wiley Federal Building in College Park, MD. The new skid-mounted, tri-plex (three-pump), dry (oil-less) system shall include a manually switchable redundant control system integrated into the cabinet, be compatible with existing infrastructure, and meet stringent performance specifications. Work includes site survey, required submittals, delivery, installation, connection to existing utilities, testing, commissioning, and warranty service..
