The selection and acquisition services include a customizable web-based selection and acquisition tool, pre-processing, Machine-Readable-Cataloguing (MARC) records, shipping, invoicing, data/reports management, technical support, and related product training. DoDEA also requires a Contractor-hosted eBook platform that can interface with MackinVision and can authenticate through Google login. DoDEA expects to make one award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710 (Educational Support Services), and the applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is 7610 (Books and Pamphlets). Interested offerors must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their proposals. DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125426RE021 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This requirement will be competed as unrestricted under full and open competition. The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) single-award contract with a five (5) year base period. The anticipated period of performance is 30 August 2026 through 29 August 2031.
