## Description

DoDEA requires Contractor Travel Support Services for the following components of the Travel Program: Renewal Agreement Travel (RAT) and Educational Travel (EDT) managed through DTS DTS Centrally Billed Account (CBA) Reconciliation Permanent Change of Station (PCS) processing Support functions related to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)
