The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). The award is for a 6-month base period and two 1-year options. The total estimated contract value is $1,491,592.28. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that other vendors can meet the Government’s needs. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for more information. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is, 623210 (Educational Support Services), and the applicable PSC U009 (Specialized Educational Services).
