## Description

**Comprehensive Education Services:** The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, services, administration, furniture*, supplies, equipment, and transportation to present a comprehensive educational program that meets or exceeds those schools ranked as highly performing as provided by the Delaware Department of Education School Report Card.
