Prospective contractors shall provide all personnel, equipment, and management necessary to fulfill the requirement, including but not limited to: - Sufficient staffing to cover all scheduled events. - Uniforms and identification for Night Monitors as required. - Program management and administrative support to coordinate staffing and operations. - Compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and safety protocols. The periods of performance (POP) of for this effort includes one 12-month base period plus four (4) 12-month options to extend the performance up to five (5) years plus one six (6)-month extension - if determined by the Government agency - as follows: Base period: 01 August 2025 TO 31 July 2026 Option Period One: 01 August 2026 TO 31 July 2027 Option Period Two: 01 August 2027 TO 31 July 2028 Option Period Three: 01 August 2028 TO 31 July 2029 Option Period Four: 01 August 2029 TO 31 July 2030 Six(6)-Month Extension: 1 August 2030 - 31 Jan 2031 Note to Interested Parites: this is a pre-solicitation notice only.
