Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
