Prospective contractor(s) shall provide all management, tools, equipment, labor, uniforms, and transportation, unless otherwise specified as government furnished, necessary to ensure athletic official services are performed at the school. The period of performance for these services has an anticipated start date of 1 August 2025. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for conducting market research and does not constitute a Request for Proposals (RFP), Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and does not obligate the Government to any current or future commitments. The Government will not pay/reimburse any costs or charges resulting from contractors’ responses to this RFI. If your firm is interested, capable, and qualified to provide these services in one or more of these areas, please submit written information supporting this capability and identify which area your firm would be interested in.
