## Description

AMENDMENT 1 - This amendment updates the PWS, clauses, and provisions. Updates PPQ to remove Vogelweh and Sembach. Adds Enclosure8_252.239-7009. AMENDMENT 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to post solicitation Questions & Answers. AMENDMENT 3 - The purpose of this amendment is to update Attach X5 (Pricing Sheet) to correct errors in the original attachment, with corrections as made in the new Attach X5 (24R2016_Attach_X5_Pricing Sheet_v1_240515).

The purpose of the contract is to provide Student Transportation Services (STS). Safety is of the highest priority entrusted to the Contractor under this contract. The Contractor shall provide all personnel including drivers, safety aide, safety attendant, supervision, services, supplies, and/or equipment necessary to perform STS for the Vilseck Community schools. Contracted services shall comply with DoDEA and Host Nation requirements for student transportation.
