## Description

AMENDMENT 1 - This amendment updates the PWS, clauses, and provisions. Corrects due date to 08 MAY 2024, in SF1449 and SF30. AMENDMENT 2 - This amendment updates the Pricing Sheet. AMENDMENT 3 - This amendment updates the X2 and corrects SLIN 5001AE.

AMENDMENT 4 - This amendment corrects Attach X5 (Pricing Sheet) to the solicitation for these requirements, changing the Units of Issue for SLINs X001AC (Safety Attendant Services) FROM 'Days' TO 'Runs,' and commensurately changing the estimated quantities of these services to 760 runs (for all ordering periods). This amendment also extends close/due until Monday, 13 May 2024. AMENDMENT 5 - This amendment extends the close/due until Monday, 20 May 2024, and modifies 52.212-1 ADDENDUM and 52.212-2 ADDENDUM.

AMENDMENT 5 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Solicitation due/close date until 12:00 PM EDT Friday, 24 May 2024, and modify 52.212-1 ADDENDUM. The purpose of the contract is to provide Student Transportation Services (STS). Safety is of the highest priority entrusted to the Contractor under this contract.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel including drivers, safety aide, safety attendant, supervision, services, supplies, and/or equipment necessary to perform STS for the Garmisch Elementary Midle School (GEMS) and Munich International School (MIS) schools. Contracted services shall comply with DoDEA and Host Nation requirements for student transportation.
