## Description

The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for the following requirement.

**Project Name:**

**Bobcat UW56 Maintenance Vehicle Location:** Quantico, VA.

**Delivery:** Within 60 days of contract award. This acquisition is being conducted under the procedures as prescribed in FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedure, FAR 15.101-2 Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process, and FAR 19.502-2 total small business set-asides. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer and set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern. Please provided your price quote IAW the the attached specification sheet.

Please provide an authorization letter from Bobcat along with your quote. Submit your quote to Ms. Shunika Crockett via e-mail at Shunika.Crockett@DoDEA.EDU no later than Monday, June 03, 2024 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time). The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the quote due date and shall be noted on the quote.
