## Description

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a sole source contract to Scanna MSC Inc., for the procurement of three (3) ScanSilc 4357 Digital Imager Digital Radiography systems, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Please see the attached Justification and Approval document for details. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals.
